Join The Nowak Society on Wednesday, May 29th, at 6:30pm in Colorado Springs for Psychedelic Professionals Social Hour with Clifton Black.
Clifton has been representing clients in the heavily regulated cannabis industry since 2009. He has experience in matters such as compliance, licensing, business entities, partnership agreements, contracts, leases, and defending businesses with alleged rule violations.
Being heavily involved in the evolution of the legalization of cannabis under Colorado law, Mr. Black is excited to assist clients venturing into Colorado’s Natural Medicine Health Act. He’ll join The Nowak Society in May to offer an overview of current rules and current affairs in the regulated access program, and to answer your related questions.
Psychedelic Professionals Social Hour is held on the last Wednesday of each month and is aimed at psychedelic professionals, researchers, practitioners, and activists to learn, share, network, and connect in the community.
